Integrated Pest Management (IPM) seeks an environmentally sensitive and economically viable solution to managing weeds and pest damage. Though we are licensed to apply chemicals, we minimize our chemical use by tapping into Dudley's extensive experience in landscape and plant care. Our first line of defense is prevention. With Dudley's knowledge of proper irrigation, fertilization and plant selection, your landscape becomes healthier and more resistant to weeds, insect damage and disease. When prevention fails due to delay, our second line of defense is the use of highly selective chemical and mechanical controls that are site-specific. Through IPM, we can reduce or eliminate chemical hazards to people, property, and beneficials such as ladybugs.
